1. Eligibility

Due to the nature of research products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.
